At Jialto, all products are packed under strict quality checks and supervision. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds for any reason other than delivery of a wrong or damaged product.

All sales are final. Customers do not have the right to return or request a refund once the order is delivered, except in the specific cases mentioned below.
2. Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery by sending the following to our official email address:

3. Verification Process
After receiving your email, our team will review all submitted proofs.
If the issue is verified and found genuine by our quality team, we will process a replacement or solution at our discretion.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
