1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Timeframe
We deliver across India. Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3-5 business days
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote and rural areas: 7-10 business days
Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Free shipping may be available on select orders or during promotional periods.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pin codes across India. COD orders may take an additional 1-2 business days to process.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Missing or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video and photographs. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
